So the biggest difference is for API-T you see your bullet on the AP-I you don't
Yes. Tracer Rounds travel slower than regular rounds, not only because they need to fit the chemical to turn it into a tracer, but also because you wouldn't see much of a bullet if it wasn't flying slower.
That being said.. nothing you need to worry about.
Just use the ammo that you like the most.
