Packet loss

you might want to look into packet loss and lag and see the difference between the two and how they affect you

So, i make a dive on a plane the PL is high and the ping is low, when i raise up from the dive the screen "tells" that i already raise (stabile high) 2 seconds later, i just crashed on the place i just dived. The PL still high an the ping is low

Packet loss occurs when some of the information clientside (your pc) fails to get sent to the server. You should check if your internet is working properly if you always have this issue.

Yeah, Ping is the time it takes to send packets to the server and receive packets in return. Basically how fast you get a response after sending something to the server and its measured in milliseconds or ms. So if you have a ping of say 74, then it is taking 74ms (0.074 seconds) to receive information back from the server.
Packet loss is ,in short, data lost in transmission. On your side, the client, you pulled up and didn't crash, however the packets of information that said you had done that were lost, the server didn't recieve them or they were corrupted etc etc..., so instead it simply predicted where you should be based on the last packets it recieved, and on its end it had you lawn darting harder than FW 190 pilots right after the elevator nerf, and because in War Thunder what the server says takes priority over what the client says, you crashed, even if you didnt, same reason "sparking" occurs, your client said you hit, the server said you didn't, and because visuals are handled via the clients information you still see the shots connect even though the other aircraft isn't taking damage, just you expienced said property of the game in a much more painful way.

There's not much you can do. It could be your end, or it could be Gaijin's end. One thing you can do though, is if you're running on wifi currently, switch to a physical cable connection if possible this may help as the spikes could possible be the result of interferance between your PC and the router which you are connected to. It could also be your internet provider having a hiccup of sorts, which is pretty much out of your power to fix. If it happens sparingly that is, rarely, then just chock it up to a lag spike, which pretty much no-one is safe from, and just continue playing. If it starts happening super often, especially appearing in games other than WT then make sure that
1. You are on the strongest connection available, a physical cable to your router/modem if possible. It will beat wifi any day of the week in both stability and speed. Spikes of interferance may be causing issues.
2. You aren't downloading/uploading anything in the background while playing, you might not think you are but its possible that another program such as an antivirus, steam or even Windows is downloading updates to be installed later in the background without you being aware.
3. Antivirus can sometimes have issues with games, it doesn't happen to often, but its always something to check if issues arise with online connectivity
4. Check your modem/router's temperature, they're computers to, just like you PC, and just like your PC they tend to have issues when running hot and they normally have nearly 0 cooling, so on hot days problems can arise if they are on 24/7. If you're having issues, unplug their power and let them cool for a bit and try again.
5. It never hurts to try getting in touch with Gaijin's technical support or customer service. Chances are they probably won't be able to directly help you, at best just give you more ideas, but its better than nothing.

Thats about all the advice I can give. But yeah, if this is a sorta "it happens once a day, or once a week" sorta deal, then just chock it up to random lag spike and move on. If its a constant issue, then start worrying about it.

i use the LAN cable connected to my pc

try different servers to see if this is any issue on a particular server. even if you get a higher latency (ping) on a server location farther away from your geological location it may still be better to play on that server if there is no packet loss.

you can select the server in the battle selection window just underneath the 'to battle' button in the hangar.

I had a major packet loss problem a while back when I was playing League a lot. After a lot of troubleshooting, it turned out one of the cable splitters under my house was going to ♥♥♥♥. They came out and replace it, no problem. If it persists, contact your ISP.
