How do I disable mouse control and enable joystick control?

Last time I played it, it was fine, but now I cant for whatever reason.

go to controls and click on set-up wizard (Should be bottom left corner) pick your joystick or use custom controls. If that doesn't work try restarting the game with joystick plugged in

There's a lot of controls to pick with depending on your joystick experience and difficulty you want to handle. It is near mouse aim mode that says simple controls, full-real controls or something like that.

None of the pickable controls disable mouse. Some of them enable the joystick as well but then the game spazzes out because it seems to be getting two different inputs at the same time.

And also some controls just dont work (the hat for looking around for example).

I've got an X360 wired controller. It worked 1st time I played. But hasn't worked "in game" since that 1st game.. I can navigate the menu and begin the game, but my controller won't work. My only option is to hit the ceter (X) button. Which takes me to the Occulus Home.. And I reload and try again. so far. no luck. I really don't want to try and bind everything to the controller myself.. When it all worked perfect the 1st time. :/

UPDATE: The option to choose control type is only shown on the control section, if you are in the hanger. If you've already chosen your vehicle, the option to choose is no longer shown at the bottom. The X360 controller is working perfect now.

Not to sound like a wet blanket, but have you tried just unplugging your mouse during joystick game play?

I'm having an issue where the controls are saying that the controller is off, using a Logitech Attack 3, i have no way to turn it on/off. Help?
