What do I do to not fail with this wager??

You'd actually need a (good) squadmate, at least one, and it's best to use planes with not too powerful armament. You hit planes, your squadmates finish them off. They get the kills, you get the cash. Also for it to work, voice communication is rather essential.

well in al that don't sound hard, but I always get stuck with the guy at bottom of leaderboard while I am on top.

thanks man, I was confused on how to complete one as well.
