8111000E error and cant log in my account !

I cant log in via steam and also cant log in in my account. I didnt do anything. I didnt get any email that my account was frozen, I didnt play this game much in last year and today i decided to play and i cant log in. I am afraid somebody hacked me because i never did anything illegal. please help me i have written my password on paper so i know i typed correct password.

yes i did...always from their store and over 1 year ago...i clicked link from that 8111000E code and it tells me my account was frozen from IVAN 3 years ago...i loged in few days ago ! WTF is going on i never did anything.

there was a wave of accounts getting frozen for buying GE from some site that sold GE for discounted price

You'll have to contact Gaijin support regarding this. Provide them with details regarding your account for confirmation and then ask as to why you have this error code, what you may have done to recieve it.

i did it...i found on reddit that if you once decided for refund you can get this...i did that 1 month ago about gift code and they emailed me i could get a refund !

well gajin told me that charge-back that i made 1 month ago was reason...btw 1 month ago i bought a code for 1000 GE (gift code) for my brother who plays on PS4...he tried to use it and I found out that it cant be used because he is on PS4...but because he typed the code it was already used....so i contacted gajin supoort and nicely asked them if they can activate the code again just that i can use it or get a refund. Gajin support guy named Alex told me a refund can be posible and they REFUNDED me back with money. i can take a photo of that conversation ! they told me as option ! i wrote this to gajin support and still waiting for answear. sorry for my bad english !
