Sure, it's a decent tank, and the ability to float allows some different tactics than before. Unfortunately, it's just too dang big. It's a free kill for any aircraft with cannons, the mobility isn't all that great (small track size compared with the large tank size), any player who know what they're doing will take it out in two or three shots. One if they're using that large-caliber HE.
If you're facing it from the front, here's what to do:
1. Shoot the turret with APHE/HE round.
2. Shoot the lower frontal plate to take out the driver/ transmission.
3. Flank it and spray the back gunners with your MG.
If you're facing it from the side, all you have to do is shoot the middle of the hull, slightly towards the driver's side. Then MG the back gunners.
The only redeeming thing that I see about this tank is that any APCR or APDS round is utterly useless against it, unless the person know's what they're doing real well with shot placement.
This. If you have a side shot and an MG you can always just hose down the MG gunners too.
I literally graduated school in the timespan of this thread. Nevermind necroing, im just amazed at how you even managed to find a 4-year old thread in the first place what the actual ♥♥♥♥
OP: congrats on graduating!
