Is the La-15 good?

I have the La-9 Almost halfway unlocked, and after that I just have to get the Yak-9P and then I can start researching jets. So should I start off with the La-15 or the Mig-9? Leaning towards the La-15 because it's better looking and not straight-winged.
Also, can someone please tell me what patch 1.37 did? I had played before then, but only for a few hours. Most of my play time is from after it.

The MiG-9 is a better starter jet, and leads to the really great MiG-15, but if you moslty do RB and look for jet-on-jet action then go for the La-15

Russia's not OP. All american sabres beat them. And from personal experience I can tell even the German jets have no problem against La-15.

La-15 is not great. In my opinion, it would be best to grind for the Mig-15Bis. It is extremely good. Performs on par with the Sabre.

Not really. Well, I know MiG-15bis is better than La-15, but it's still by no means comparable to Sabres. Afterall Sabres were anti-MiGs built specially for that purpose.

all these people saying sabres are better than the mig 15 isnt true. Yes the sabres were built for anti-mig but the mig 15 was still a better plane.

1.37 removed the wep off of the mig 15 and the la-15 has a better turn rate when you use your flaps and airbrakes but mig 9 is better to start with as you can learn to use the cannons

Jets are soo easy to shoot down, people who uses jet thinks nobody can shoot them down so they do stupid move. I shot down soo many jets with my bf 108 k4

Ville nyt vihtu. No one said anything about russia being op. Also MiG-15 and especially MiG-15 bis don't seem to know what losing energy or snapping wings due too many Gs mean, like most of russian planes. Also end jets are pretty well balanced now that brits finally got something that can beat MiG-15 atleast on something.
And back to the topic. I'd personally go for La-15 because it looks better. Never flown any of them because I try not to play with something that makes the game too easy, so my russian researching is still on Yak-9U.

For just my, i buy MiG-15 is it's horrible plane does not turn, acts as a flying brick and its equipment is poor .. While La-15 has improved the throne, he can destroy saber, simply conduct a free, not brick plane such as MiG-15
