The Meteor F-4 and F-8 are not as fun to fly as the F.3's for one reason; Battle Rating. The F-4 and F-8 may be far superior to the F-3's but they have to fight MiG-15(and bis) and Sabre A/F as well as the CL-13. The F.3 only see prop planes, Me 262, He 162 and the occasional MiG-9. For this reason the earlier Meteors are much more fun to play because they play on a more balanced playing field. Some might even say the Sea meteor F.3 is actually under tiered at the moment xD

The Sea Meteor is pretty good for what it fights. Aside from that, th F.4's and F.8 are very much out classed by what they fight. Still can be fun to fly though :) ... Sometimes.

Kind of conflicted now. One of you says the low tiers are poop, the other says the high tiers are outclassed.

I like the Meteor F.8 in RB. It might not have the best climb and speed, but it can out-maneuver MiG-15s and Sabres even when stock, at least from my experience. Getting its guns pointed at the enemy (nose movement) seems easier, too. That said, I only played 12 battles with it so far (20 kills, 6 deaths).
