turret rotations / safety(tools...+1 crew...) / loaders speed / tank driving / stamina / agility .........maybe ...I do like that .... and a little everything!
parts > horizontal drive> FPE > adjustment of fire > vertical drive > transmission > engine > filters > brakes > suspension > tracks > crew replenishment > HlGr (HEAT)
i put in italics the ones that i recommend, the rest are kind of up to you.
however i dont value crew replenishment much for RB/SB, you might want to make it a priority if you play AB but why would you play AB ;_;
ignore the HEAT rounds, pretend they arent there. dont use them, dont even think about using them.
for crew points, thats a lot more complex.
i tend to like everything that isnt keen vision for tanks.
probably put reloading and agility as a lower priority than the other stuff, slightly.
for general tactics, angle your main gun over the hull corner when it's facing an enemy.
unless you need to accurately adjust your fire angle your turret about half way back to facing straight ahead of the hull.
try to stay as far away as you can, avoid getting too close. british tanks are your biggest concern really, due to their high pen. but theyre pretty squidgy. unless youre in close, inwhich the russian's high filler is more of a risk.
depending on your playstyle, accuracy, propensity to live, and map size. 23 rounds is a good starting loadout (all PzGr.39 with the H1) as that leaves only your lower hull racks. but i personally take 35 rounds, because having 1 upper hull rack initially isnt so tragic imo, and i like to really snipe, so all the rounds help. i also play SB so there's lots of space to snipe.
