Once the sirens is sounded, the AAA is geting turned on. Only one shooting, longer you in there more AAA is shooting at you, its like they need to prepare personel and guns to defend and it takes a few seconds or minutes, allowing an attack on airfield like 3-4 planes to destroy stuff around, there should be some dumy planes, and stuff to shoot and get points, and you have few seconds when the hell brakes lose and all AAA is ready.
This would be as close as you can get to reality.
you only get a single spawn so you cant spawn camp, landing to repair/ rearm should be a risk
AA just allows passive play by hiding over your spawn
with the range of the current AAA RB round battles is a mess because they start shooting you if you fly over the opposite end of the combat zone, and keep shooting you practically till your own air base again some maps are so smalll
not to mention how illogical it is AAA can track a rapidly moving aircraft at close range, through a mountain
What are you smoking to consider that reality ? If were going by "reality" those AAA guns would be manned and ready well before any enemy planes get there. And it wouldn't be just 1 gun shooting at you, they would fill the sky with flak with all the guns they had. Why because they want to shoot you down, not let you dance above them taking targets out at your leisure.
You know kinda like how it is in game already.
off the top of my head the germans reckoned it took 20000 shells to shoot down a single B17
+1
Obviously you don't know how to lead targets. You don't track them you stay ahead of them and fire in front of them so they fly into your bullets. Hell even infantry with small arms are taught how to lead against low flying aircraft. It's not that hard.
