How do you take Cinematic Screnshots?
I know all about the replay, post fx, even maxed out the graphics settings. But HOW does one create a good cinematic screenshot like this...

You mean no HUD? See in the option for that

The rest is getting the right camera angle and the right vehcle direction for the sun

No, not the hud, I've got that figured out, I mean like high definition screenshots, how to enhance the image even more, how to make the colors stand out more. That is what I'm trying to ask.

This.

And graphics sliders are all the highest.
Movie Settings = Ingame Screeshots = Do not upload them yet = Photoshop = Replace Ingame Screenshots with Improved Photoshop = Upload = Viola

As both a real life hobbyist and professional photographer I have many years of experience working in both Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.

At first glance I can easily say that the contrast was boosted in the screenshot you linked us, and the vibrance was probably boosted as well.

Quick tip: When working with colorful landscapes try boosting the vibrance, it really brings out the colors and can make that image 'POP'.

If you cannot get your hands on a copy of Photoshop/Lightroom then I suggest you give Gimp a try, it is very similar...however the user interface is hell to work with. But maybe you'll find it easier than I do. :)

If you have any questions feel free to shoot me a friend request, I'd be happy to help! o7

With playing with the correct PostFX, using the correct time of day and weather, and just being careful with the replay (or in a test drive/fly), you can get some good in-game screenshots without any editing.

This is about the extent you can do with just straight in-game screenshots. If you do wan't better, you will need to use a photo editing program.

^ Nice screenshots.

The stock game put on movie graphics looks good by itself, too.
