F8F-1B is 6.3 and the F7F is 6.0, right?

The F8F has better ordinance for tank RB and can turn better than the F7F can, it's also way smaller. I'd go for the F8F personally but I've barely flown the F7F so can't say much on that.

f8f 1b has the better performance over the f7f but the f7f is lower and gets air spawn and has a ♥♥♥♥ load of guns.

In AB at least, I think the F7F might have more powerful raw climbing ability.

For most purposes, the F8F is better, as usual with single-engines. More maneuverable and smaller with much the same armament.

F7F is no joke in air rb. Tons of guns, really fast twin engine, like in straight line it goes around 600 kmh, airspawn is great and its quite maneuvrable.

That said however, f8f is a great plane and deadly as well, with great engine power, and 3 1000 pound bombs which means two drops in tank rb.

F7F (3?) gets 3 tiny tims though which means 2 shots as well.

They are both good planes imo
