It should be 5.3 BR max and is way too weak at its current BR.
The walker bulldog is a joke, coming from someone who has never played it but has killed plenty. From what I see, the tank promotes the kind of play style that requires a stabilizer, so walker bulldog players just race out in front of your cannon and realize their mistake only once it's too late.
dead in seconds in ab.
Here's my crappy Pro/Con list
Pros:
- fast enough to flank
- reverses well enough
- no hull-break
- Scouting ability
- AP shell is pretty good
- APDS to pen problem tanks
- Smoke shells
Cons:
- Tall
- No stabilizer
I don't discredit the criticisms of everyone else here, but I found using the tank enjoyable for the most part. At times, I'd rather use the Walker Bulldog rather than the M56, alien tank, or Ontos. I don't think it is as bad as other people here make it out to be. This is all RB gameplay of course.
