It's not avaiable yet for the tech-tree, You can only use the wiki method to "Preview" it just like you can usually use the wiki to access other tanks such as the console XM-1

Seems fair to be honest. 40-60 sec reload and much, much, much less muzzle velocity than the nuke gun the brits use.

Edit: I mean it could go down to 6.0 ? Dunno about 5.7
