To those saying it's not OP: It does better in an AA role than the otomatic, the LVKV 9040C, the LAV-AD, and it does better in a anti armour role than all of these. At a lower BR. when the devblog season for the xmas patch begins everyone will forget about the 2s38 again and they will take a deep look into what russia and usa may get.
A lot of people still have issues with those 2 vehicles, but can't do anything because gaijin won't listen. They're still ♥♥♥♥♥♥ at their br. This thing is just more ♥♥♥♥♥♥.
Imagine not being able to kill a simple light tank in one shot after
90 percent of its rounds bounce. Literally the only way it gets kills is if it sees you first and gets a side shot. In which case you deserve to die anyway. Git good or go back to 1.0 and learn to kill light tanks. The thing can be killed in one shot easily.
It is as you said, "people have issues" to its a user error and has nothing to do with these vehicles, both of them can be really easy destroyed by missiles.

Win statistics are affected by many factors and you guys sucking at killing them is just entirely a skill issue. The reason the Russians win so much and the 2s38 is good is because people play it well and the Russian team functions well together teamwork wise as apposed to other nations . It doesn't mean it’s op. It’s no different than the strf2040c or the begleitpanzer besides slightly better pen. It’s a light tank you can kill it with one ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ round to the hull. Idk why you people can’t understand this. It doesn’t have anything that hasn’t been done in the game before. You’re saying there shouldn’t be a light tank that can kill tanks in multiple hits and dies in one hit when you drive around an mbt capable of one shotting anything and only dies after a well placed shot.
Why don’t you learn how to kill it instead of complaining it’s op and whining about increasing its br like all the other whiners. Go learn how to kill it instead of wasting your time crying and then maybe it won’t have such a high win rate. There have been tanks that have had br decreased entirely because player sucked at using them. It doesn’t mean it’s a bad vehicle it just means that people know how to use it well and that other player suck at killing it. When I’m reality it takes literally one shot to the hull it’s not an mbt it’s a light tank.
You not knowing how to use them doesn't make them balanced. Like a lot of the players on this forum fail to realise, these vehicles are fcked when used by people who aren't the standard braindead major nation player. Even played by a braindead major nation player, they can still cause havoc and make it a pain to deal with.
You say missiles help? Good ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ luck when it has an almost guaranteed chance of shooting down an aircraft, even when used by an imbecile. At 11.0? Fair. 9.7? Not remotely. If it's not op at 9.7, pull every Swedish IFV to 9.3. Because it outclasses them, easily.
