Yeah, I just tried a few games at 9.7 as Germany ... I have yet to die to a non-premium Russian vehicle. That entire BR is just really unbalanced now that Russians can have; T-72 TURMS-T, 2S38, BMP-2M, KA-50's with 8km range ATGMs and SU-25k's.

Thou what i find odd is the fact PUMA, SU-25 and 2S38 are completely undertiered on release. While new content for the US gets released around ratings where they should be. There are even older content that have same issue.

They know if they sell it at a lower BR people will buy it and use it to grind until it gets bumped or nerfed.
Basically they know what they are doing, the people who buy it know what they are doing and both win until they finally turn around and say they "decided it needed rebalancing".
I only really look at mid tier premiums for grinding and i think thats the only place they belong personally.

Implying 120mm cannons are even meta at top tier... rapid fire autocannons rule the meta and have for about a year. The best MBTs in the game can be sandblasted away with autocannons from the front in about half a second. JuSt MaChIne GuN ThEm, you cant machine gun them if your machine guns are destroyed and you cant even see them if they are filling your vision with sparks and fire, they move faster than you, their TTK is lower with their weapons, and by and large, your armor means nothing.

What is ruining a BR or a battle, well the game, are those complainers who just find it easier to incriminate any & every thing or one. Except themselves.

If you can kill a light tank while it’s sitting there hitting you mg and yes larger mgs can make it through, then you’re bad it takes multiple rounds to even pen the front armour and work it’s way through the weak spots of tanks and in the nearly 10-15 seconds of shooting if you can kill it You have a skill problem. You can see it while it’s shooting you and if you’re getting shot from the side you’re dead anyway no matter the tank. Literally they have like 200 mm of pen which doesnt do anything until the last few shots of the canon unless you’re a light vehicle or lighter medium tank anyway in which case anything can kill you. And they don’t eat apfsds I’ve played over 150+ rounds in it and it always dies in one shot to the front of the hull you just suck at aiming or you’re shooting the turret with no crew. The crew are literally all sitting tiger and you can’t kill it? Cmon. Also you understand at the higher tiers it doesn’t matter what vehicle you’re in but the one who shoots first almost always wins. Since getting apfsds most tanks don’t have problems penning ♥♥♥♥. So if it’s getting the first hits anyway chances are it deserves the kill though not that it matters since more than half the shots don’t pen giving you plenty of time to kill it.

1 on 1 fights are won by who shoots first. If you can't kill the 2s38 in a single shot, idk what to tell you. Pay more attention to your flanks, and don't go into the open where you can get shot from multiple angles.

that tank should've in 11.0 , not 9.7 , not make sense for tank that younger than leopard 2a4 gen 3 thermal , 200mm penetration for auto loader
