This is an issue with your PC. not the game. Is this a new PC?

One of your cores on the APU package is expecting a response from another and doesn't get it basically.

Being as new as your computer is, you may want to familiarize yourself with BIOS flashing and check to see if your APU has a BIOS update from AMDs website.

Im running with a 1st gen Ryzen myself and am still getting BIOS improvements.

You should learn online then what things like BIOS is as well as an understanding of computer memory (RAM) since from my breif google search it might also be a RAM compatability issue.

You gotta make like a flash drive or something to update BIOS I think. Youtube it.

wait, this is a laptop? Call the company and tell them somethings wrong with it.
slechtenoob Jan 12, 2019 @ 10:57am
but how do you know if it is the fault of the bios?

It might be. But if it is then the laptop maker should have known that and not sent you an outdated BIOS.

Its not an update for the CPU. its an update for his motherboard
