Buy into Israel ground with Zachlam Tager?

Is it possible to convert RP to buy the Zachlam Tager to get into the Israeli ground tech tree? It doesn't seem to have the "must own rank IV from certain nations" requirement in the TT screen, but for all I know that could change after forcing a research on it

Hello, the tree is out of beta now, area you able to research the M-51 and AMX-13? A screenshot would be nice.

M-51 shows already "researched", available for purchase with lions IF I already have a T4 tank in US, British, USSR, French, or Israeli trees. Zachlam Tager shows needing to be researched but does not say anything about the requirement from another tree before researching:

I figured if I could convert RP to get the Zachlam Tager and then get the M-51, that would be less painful than switching my tank grind to a tree I haven't touched or buying the M-51 pack

if you don't like those nations you're not gonna like israel, also you'll still have to have a rank IV in any of those trees

Good to know. It's not that I don't like them, it's that I spent my time grinding Germany and really don't feel like starting over on another tree to get there any time soon

Yep, to start researching the Israeli armored forces, the player will need at least one purchased ground vehicle of rank IV (or higher) in any of the following playable nations: USA, USSR, Great Britain, France or Israel.

So if you bought the M-51, you can research the rest of the Israel tank tree.

The M51 is a fun tank to play, it's one of my favorites hands down. Just understand, it is still essentially an M4 chassis and at T4, anything can and will pen it and kill it in one shot typically. However, it can and will also return the favor with 400mm of penetration. Tigers and King Tigers run from it. :D

Yeah the main thing is I wanted to buy a bunch of premium time instead, but $10 in eagles for the Tager would have been a negligible addition. Maybe premium + grinding up US tanks is the way to go, and just get experience with the other Shermans

Also good to know. Just a matter of figuring out which of the 4 trees is the more streamlined grind then, as I'll prefer to stick to German through rank III I think

The Tager isnt worth it imo, at least I dont like it. Seems way too map situational for me, maybe If the rockets were mouse control instead of WASD, then maybe I could enjoy it more.

WHy would you? the zachlam tager is pretty much useless with only 6 missiles.... and most of the time it takes 1-3 shots to kill a target.. the repair bill is over 4k lions for it which makes zero sense considering its a piece of ♥♥♥♥!!! If you could resupply ammo in the spawn it would be an amazing vehicle...
