How to get this decal?

how do i get this decal? I wanna also say that i have absolutely no idea who she is not a single clue and i dont care about her i just asked this for a friend, so if someone can tell me this information i would be gladly appreciated its kinda crucial thanks.

Um... you can't? that decal doesn't exist anywhere in game and I don't see it online with a quick google search. I am fairly certain that this decal is either for a tournament (meaning you can't get it anymore) or it doesn't exist at all.

I mean Eva is Swedish only i guess..

The outfit looks off/weird for sweden, the bomb looks like its based on american ones but the name is swedish... very odd. I would love to use the front of the bomb for my planes and cut off the rest, I think it would look pretty cool. Also is it just me or does her face look too realistic for it to be a war thunder decal/profile pick, I mean the art we get isn't bad but this looks like a life drawing that someone stylized, ours look like they were made freehand without any reference.

lol, like gaijin would be nice to sweden, you will have to fly 100 matches in the F14A for a swedish decal
