This "Too fast to drop bombs" is getting ridiculous

Yes there are speeds you shouldn't drop bombs at but who cares let us do us and stop holding our hands. If the bomb flies back into my wing then so be it lol. Can't say how many times where I went to drop and I couldn't because I was 0.1 over...

Nah, it's a game mechanic, more likely a game engine thing than anything else.

Bombs don't really care what speed they're dropped at, they don't fly back in your wings nor will they explode.

It's an inexplicable gaijin mechanic.

There are some bombs or and missiles you cant drop at to high speed.

Quick googling provided a video of a F4 Phantom dropping a bomb while travelling too fast, causing it to crash into the wing.
