Why can't SAu 40 penetrate anything?
It is a tank destroyer and yet it can't penetrate even pz III through the small window on the front side! It's ridiculous

This thing was the bane of my existence as i ranked up in the French tree recently. My head cannon is that France was essentially uptiered irl so it only makes sense in game. Good luck!

SAU40 is pretty much just for positioning on the edge of the map and camping flanks.

Because french people didn't know how to make good tanks until 4.7

It was terrible, but that is realistic. Try to leave the tank behind. I can not say 1 positive word about it.

I just started the French after ditching the Brits, and the Sau40 was one of the most enjoyable tanks, I averaged around 3-4 kills with it

You ditched the brits for the sau40. Im pretty sure skill issue never was a thing with you?
