Besides that, the economy is slightly better, but they slashed RP gains as a result. Still as unbalanced as ever in some BRs.
A-10 and F-14s sounds alot better than adding in factions.
F-14 hasn't arrived yet, but the A-10 is okay. On jet maps they often get picked off before they make it to ground targets, but they can fight back hard, they have AIM9Ls which only F-5c can dodge head on in my experience.
In Sim, sadly, it's pretty bad. Slow on big maps and Russian radar seems to have 0 issue finding it even hugging the treetops
Adding another nation is like adding another furnace instead of putting more fuel into the old ones.
Most of the Noteworthy tanks are in the game already... there there is only so much you can get out of the big WWII factions + Modern nations.
So adding another tree is a .."smart" thing to do to breath at least a bit of life back.
Great graphics.
New maps.
Fun new nations.
Gaijin has its moments, but I like War Thunder for what it is and what it tries to do. Perfect by no means, but enjoyable enough to work for me.
Only thing for you to do is download it and see for yourself. If you enjoy it, you enjoy it. If you don't, you don't.
Here's a list of all the updates that have occurred that you may have missed.

But to each his own - some people don't mind it as there is nothing around that offers what WT does. I'm not salty, but yeah enthusiasm for WT is starting to taper a bit. Have set some in game objectives for myself, once I get there am gonna get off the bandwagon for a while.
No. If I didn't have premium to spend I wouldn't play. I won't be renewing my premium as this game has gotten worse every patch since I started playing.
It's impossible to rank up with RP/SL slashing, surprise nerfs, surprise downtiers of crazy good tanks, etc. Just set it down and never return. Gaijin is arguably the greediest most poorly managed game company on the planet.
Hi!
We do provide fixes to the game on a mostly weekly basis, via our "It's Fixed" series. You can see this in our news posts here on Steam. We have also launched a brand new bug reporting platform: https://community.gaijin.net/issues/p/warthunder which is used instead of the forum. This makes it much easier for our community to report bugs, and developers also respond from time to time on bug reports, creating a better communication channel between the community and developers on in-game issues and bugs. An example of that can be seen here: https://community.gaijin.net/issues/p/warthunder/i/pPKjzqWetUbk
Regarding your question about if it's worth to return, well, that's up to you.
Cheers!
