I want to play the Spanish military ,it offers some new stuff as well and Israel has also been added.

No. Because timewise I have to grind more for a new tree keeping people busy. Implementing it in to other trees will annoy people as they might not even want to play Spanish vehicles.

There you go, those nations above have had much more domestic production than Spain. You could even throw North Korea there as china´s sub-tree for example. Also gonna throw India and Brazil there as honorable mention.

BTW you could mix Poland, Ukraine, Yugoslavia and Czechoslovakia into the one tech tree called something like eastern european that would be crazy can you imagine that.

I don't want to be forced to unlock vehicles I don't like to reach max. tier.

The more they extend the trees, the longer it will take people to climb up the tree.

My mom's side is from South Korea, NEED it in the game as a part of Japan. Oh boy how much I would grind for a K1A1 or K2. I think some South Korean vehicles are already in Japan iirc so it'd work maybe.

Only problem with that is Japan, Korea relations to my knowledge Japan doesn't have any Korean tanks in it's Tree.
I think it could be a Stand alone nation if they do it right tho
