Or maybe becuse that thing os wheeled, slow, chunky, has limite traverse and can aim only foward?

T114 can fire three times in quick succession, the Fiat 6614 has a 10 second reload when aced, let alone without crew skills. Notice that the R3 T106 FA, which has two guns of the same type as the Fiat 6614 and 360 degree turret angles, is 7.7. Interesting how the R3 T106 FA, with one more shot than the Fiat 6614 and with full turret traverse, is at the same BR as the T114 with two more shots than the Fiat 6614 and has full turret traverse, while the R3 T106 FA has a speed advantage. Seems fair to me.
