Conspiracies?
I mean Gaijin are not shy of a few controversies, let's be real here.
But, instead of looking at the broader picture you're focusing on the things that haven't been said. The player has never once said it's a conspiracy against him and only him, nor has he said that he's a good player. You're just bashing him for having an anecdote that doesn't fit your narrative.
Instead of explaining to them how it's not possible, you just ridicule them and that does nothing to solve the issue. There are plenty of times when you get 'gaijined' and here are some videos to prove it.
1). Ammo racking T-80 without killing it.

2). Missile scared of it's target.

3). Rubber HEAT round.

4). Nuclear HEAT round.

So please, without ridiculing me and telling me it's a skill issue or I'm blaming anyone but myself, explain these.
Yes I can explain to you, the game is good rigging, the game turns against you, until you insert money into it, that was simple, wasn't it ?
I know for a fact I'm the beneficiary of some 'gaijins' at times, with enemies bouncing what should be easy shots.
I can't recall one single session of a wargame or roleplaying game that did not produce these same kinds of patterns, where dice are involved. There are peaks and valleys, and ridiculously unlikely occurrences in every game. Most people find this part of the fun, and can find amusement when it's happening to them.
If the dice, as the OP asserts, are weighted, there would not be any significant debate about it. And we would have to believe that all these people making the game don't give a ♥♥♥♥ about games, which is less likely than some people want to believe.
I will say that I have always observed a *different kind of randomness* with CPU RND generated numbers, vs. physical dice rolled on a table, in my experience physical dice are more "swingy" and CPU random numbers tend to be more , well, boring. But also in their sheer number, CPU will show crazy long peaks and valleys that seem ridiculous when you're in one.
I pay money into it. It's got nothing to do with premium status as I am on a premium account and use premium vehicles/talisman vehicles.
If there is any rigging it's across the board and not limited to free players.
Trying to isolate why these trends happen is the whole crux of the problem. The magic behind the match maker mayhem is an awesome thing to behold.
Adding to the quandary, as we see in this thread from a dev, is the lack of transparency and accountability. They would rather waste our time with strawman arguments (or at the very least avoiding actually trying to dispel concerns in a professional manner) and ridicule. Says a lot about the company in my opinion. They are stuck in an old, linear economic model where profit gain is the only consideration, and any proprietary information is shrouded in guesswork. People have been putting internal and external pressure on them since air beta and they do not care, as you can see with the mockery of the dev's post. Unfortunately nothing will likely happen until real competition comes along. So for me, until that happens, Gaijin will receive negative commentary and no money from myself and many of my friends (most of which have all but quit again).
You cannot buy skill.
Match Maker do not care if you support game development or not. If you have premium account or not. All players are equal for MM.
If you state different, please provide real profs or stop accusing us on such things.
So you're going to ignore the 4 videos I posted?
If you think you have found a bug, please take a minute and provide valid bug report here: https://community.gaijin.net/issues/p/warthunder
If you think that during ~3000 battles at same time bugs cannot happen, well, I appreciate your faith in game code, but I do not know any game, that is bugless.
If you think that these are not bugs but intentional game mechanics, well, you already know my opionion on such ideas - silly conspiracy theories of people who need to blame everything because they lost the battle.
it comes from the lack of open communicating from the other part and that they are hiding or lying about things.
If a part want to get rid of this teories they can just lay all the cards on the table and they will go away..
its just as simple as that.
Jetfuel cant melt steelbeams.
Games are not rigged.
It's sad to see the antagonizing approach you take towards complaints that have been discussed for years. I can go back into my war thunder beta forum access and dig up so many threads talking about these types of issues, and yet you have the audacity to suggest "more made up stories". You know well that your company encrypts files and limits external access to information necessary to levy "real profs" (whatever the hell that means, I'll assume "real proof"). Again, your comments show a lack of accountability and transparency. If you truly want to dispel these "conspiracy theories" (your dismissive words, not ours), give public access so that we aren't reliant on your--or any other Gaijin employee--words.
And if we will not, you will still believe in silly "game is rigged" theories? Well, you know what, I will risk and leave you in your imagined world where game is developed to make you lose the battle, but and allow WT to live its life and be playable for millions of players. Sorry.
