1) Learn where to shoot. You need to know not only armor, but internal structure of opposing vehicles.
2) Learn to take shots. Angle your hull and turret, but make sure to not expose your weak sides too much.
3) Don't rush, especially in an uptier. The risk of being flanked or outnumbered is not worth it. Perhaps don't use it as your first spawn (same as most heavy tanks).
Yeah, this. You're a prototyped ARL-44 which never got out of drawing board, because even the engineers realized they must have been sloshed as hell to devise something like that. Try to survive as a miscarriage of the gods of engineering and don't bother too much if you feel you're not in your place. In a meta sense, this thing is truly not in its place in our reality.
