Content Creator Decals

Okay I have had this happen 4 times now and customer support doesn't want to even acknowledge the issue and they won't fix it.

Why is it that I can support a creator but have the money go to a different creator? why can I get the decal of one creator when I used another's link? and why in the world am I allowed to use their discount but the money doesn't go to any creator and the decal doesn't show up in my inventory?

This is just messed up, if I support a creator then that money should go to them not someone else or into the ether never to be seen by anyone. I understand that it is difficult to check a players purchase history and see who they supported... oh wait even the player can check that on their own in their profile, and its super difficult to reroute the money to its proper destination or give a decal to a player who more or less bought it, but I can't understand why gaijin won't do anything to prevent them from ever needing to review reports of this issue and check a players purchase history in the first place.

Why are you spending money on youtube personalities? Perhaps this is the deeper more important philosophical question you need to contend with.

In case anyone is wondering which creators:
pandramodo, CrewGTW, Iron Armenian, Cathfawr, Avarik, ditax2

Full decal insanity over the course of 3 months

Pandramodo: seems to have worked properly (like dita 2) but is involved with other issues

CrewGTW: no decal, Pandramodo was sent the support money

Iron Armenian and cathfawr: no decal, no support, still got their 3% off though so link worked

Avarik: got dita's money, received their decal

dita: used dita's link from one of their vids, everything was Avarik instead (never heard of Ava before hand).

dita 2: same link, got their decal and the support went to them.

1: They did something entertaining, 2: helped my find something out or 3: had a nice decal.

3: Cath, CrewGTW.

Also 4: its 3% off things that never go on sale so its a good idea to use it and help support someone, if you can't find anybody for the other 3 reasons.
