i am not restarting my entire pc for this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ anti cheat system

Uninstall it and only then you will be able to play WT. Case closed.

You don't have to have it running. EAC scans for known hacks, cheats, scripts, etc. and won't allow you to play games while they're on your computer. It's no different from owning a gun and bullets for it in a state/country where they're illegal. A reasonable person will believe you've broken the law regardless of whether or not you handled after purchasing it, or not.

Just so everyone here know's Cheat Engine only works on client side games like single player game anything that is server side can't be effected what so ever the only thing that might work is the speed hack on cheat engine that can slow a game down or speed it up and simply owning cheat engine does't mean he's a cheater because cheat engine is a very well known program that every single anti cheat soft ware doesn't like so stop being ♥♥♥♥♥ about it you use cheat engine to change values in game's that are entity offline and have no anticheat it does not work for online game's.

Nekocaust- use task manager to close cheat engine if you ever use it the program has a problem not closeing it's program sometimes those 2 people are simple trolls or are ignorant about what cheat engine is and does and there are a lot of people that use cheat engine I use it in X4 to speed up the game.

Pretty much yeah, if it wasn't such a pain to set up I would have cheat engine for shadow of war so I could build new and better bosses and for dark souls to try out the end game stuff on the starter enemies, I don't really have any other games to use it on though and its a pain to get running so I there isn't really a point in bothering with it.

It's very simple the people that are freaking out are well stupid it's that simple not your fault that they didn't even attempt to be helpful but instead they chose to make asses out of them self's when you ask a very reasonable question.

Yeah but a lot of games now don't have that like shadow of war was the last big single player game I was into and I was basically god before I made it half way through the game, if I had cheat engine I could have increased the difficulty and made/set up some epic battles but you can't do that without cheats.

Not entirely true I've had cheat-engine installed on my PC for year and the only time EAC pop up about it was when I left it running EAC looks threw all active programs EAC doesn't have the authorization to do a full system file scan it looks up active programs and there's a type of blacklist of programs it will jump on and EAC is also a terrible anti cheat one of the cheapest and well know for well not stopping cheaters lol

try closing steam and WT launcher open cheat engine then open task manager with administer right click end task then try to launch the game again.

What's so hard about restarting Windows?

It takes like, what, 1 minute max. on most modern PCs with SSDs?

If a modern version of Cheat Engine installs/start drivers/services, then you MAY be able to stop them.
But your Windows may as well crash when you try.

Way easier:
Just do a RESTART.
