Navel battles
Navel battles are broken as the bluewater fleet ships are going where the coastal ships are and just getting annihilating rather just play ground battles

Generally is unbalanced at range when bluewater gets close to coastal areas, it is however coastal ships that end up winning most games through point capping. Most coastal also have the ability to 1-2 shot ships with torpedos.

It's a ying and yang kind of thing, but yes, in the majority of situations the bluewater can come out on top as long as it dodges torps

Dont drive in a bloody straight line. Also in most maps coastal ships cant be seen unless someone on your team has LOS (on arcade) of you. So getting shot from a long way out is not so much an issue.

And even if they do? unless your tunnel visioned you will see the shells for 20 secs before they hit, i call that your problem.

Personally i love hiding in the coastal shallows with my italian missile boat :D

Wish I knew the point. Other then DD blue water ships cannot fit into shallow water but they can lay off and kill you. Or did you mean coastal boats kill the blue water?

Some slow coastal gunboats can have a very hard time thanks to blue water bombardment, though they're often very good ships if you can avoid getting bombed out.

Torpedo boats can mostly avoid the fire. LCS(L) has more trouble. OTOH LCS(L) is pretty great and can sometime beat a destroyer in a gunfight.

When the blue water ships go near the coastal boats' territory, well, that's when you have really good torpedo attack opportunities.

OK I follow. I have pretty good record sinking cruisers with MTB when I can use land mass to shield my approach. I think I have sank at least 3 USN CL with MTB although they normally sink my MTB before my torpedoes sink them.

Just posting a video where my PT-685 is rushing to try to uncap a point before we run out of time and find a USN DD Davis just sitting dead in the water behind an island. He eats all 4 torpedoes.
