What is the binocular icon?
What is that binocular icon on the bottom left of your screen in tank RB?

pretty sure its visibility, so how likely youre crew are to spot someone or to show some that another tank spotted

It works in tank RB, but I don't know how. Sometime you have a red arrow on the side of your screen showing the approximate position of an ennemy your crew spotted. It's very noticeable when it's a plane, and sometime (and I don't exactly know why and when) it works again't ennemy tanks

As for the icon, I still don't know what it is too
