How to Play Centurion MK1?

It is very difficult tank, in BR 5.7 what i face is TIGER 2 P, H, IS-2 MOD, and iam always face T28, T34, seriously? why im always uptiered when using this tank? never ever i face a enjoyable BR which consist 5.7-6.0 BR, already using flank tactic but this tank APDS dont have any damage to disable any tank, tryed to shood the TIGER 2 turret to disable it, the crew just turn yellow and rotate the turret and OHK me, tryed to shoot IS-2 below turret to kill the driver but the driver just turn yellow, seriously? how the hell i use APDS if it have no damage at all?? it can't ignite ammo or engine just yellow them, the cent mk1 turret is also worst turret in BR 5.7 with no slope at all, even PZF2 can penetrate my front turret armor with easy...

Well you could try tank RB so that you won't ever verse American tanks again. IDK about in arcade but in RB the centurion mk1 is considered the best 5.7 tank

I dont really like AB since you can't hide and do crazy stuff. In AB, you always get spotted no matter how hard you try to hide. Bushes and other foliage that you buy doesn't work properly. In RB, people can find more weird situation and more funny moments. Like hiding for 1 match with an asu 57 with a load f bushes.

Centurion MK1 is great in RB. But its front armor was nerfed few month ago, so perhaps its now not so easy any more. But the gun is good anyways once you have APDS.

APDS causes more spalling against heavy armour, if you're flanking I'd switch to AP, it'll do far more damage on side shots than APDS

Only in the mechanics for APDS, no other shell does this (as far as I'm aware) AP does it based on the shell, not the armour for example

Logically, AP is a solid shot with the solid metal as the projectile. So it should take an amount of armor to spall. You can't just kill spaa ez using ap because it wont spall easily. MAYBE

Nahh, at least in AB people don't instantly come back in a plane and bomb you for killing them, that's not fun at all.

I used to play AB but I only play RB now. Funny story for you all, I was playing yesterday and I killed a jumbo and his friend was actually mad at me for killing him and straffed me for about 5 or more minutes straight eventually killing me. (I was in an open topped TD)
