Boosters expire after 3 days' time from when you get them, say from the Battlepass or daily login.
Boosters from crates in the Warbond shop don't expire.
But there are no 'Destroy 10 unit" boosters. Those are Wagers, and they do not expire.
Gaijin tossed the idea out from the last update that was going to put time limits on wagers, backups, and orders.
It is very possible to win boosters and wagers, if you play favorable lineups and vehicles you do well in and play for the objective you need for it, like the Thunderer wager in air AB for example.
No one is stealing your inventory items.
Most wagers are basically free SL if you plan appropriately, though potentially not as much free SL as you want.
Orders are funny - for the most part I only see them used as a recon cheat in the tail end of air RB games. It seems like their rewards are too small to really be worth caring about as a rule.
None of them are being taken away.
Discount coupons also expire.
I don't think most wagers have a 10 failure limit. Most of the ones I look at have considerably lower limits than that.
