M900 round.

Relatively speaking, they're about the same performance wise. IPM1 is a bit lighter and has better acceleration though because of the 105 vs the 120.

Additionally, the IPM1 has the M900 round, which offers 520 pen while the M1A1's best round is the M829, which offers 488.

You'll get more spalling with the 120, but the M900 offers more consistent penetration. If you're aiming at weakspots correctly, the post pen damage doesn't make a huge difference imo. Either round will be effective at killing what you're shooting at without relying exclusively on the post pen damage.

They said and I quote "We will be adding a better shell" when they put it at 10.7

So they have a weaker tank a slightly better round and then bumped it up a bunch? Why didnt they give the M1A1 a better round?

Had to swap it to first Abrams, no way I`m gone drag rest of my 10.3 stuff to 10.7 just for that. Pretty annoying since I barely got to unlock essentials for it before the change.
