Report a translation problem
Don't defend a company's poor practices no matter how stupid the consumer is. The problem is that, with how scummy Gajin is of a company (Suffering driven micro transactions is just scummy, and you know it, and that's only ONE example.) I can't tell if this is just someone saying something happened that didn't, or them actually being scummy. My bet is scum. Twenty O'Nella rubles on it.
That being said, I would take your email receipt and have it handy when contacting support, that's the place where they may be able to assist.
