Pay to change nickname
Whats more stupid? Majority of the people who play this game or the 'logics' of the devs?

The major reason for paying to change your handle is that it helps prevent abuses of nicknames and what would inevitably snowball into a catastrophic overload of reports to the GM team.

While not all users would abuse being able to freely change their nickname, unfortunately there are many who would.

I Know how you feel. Changed my nickname once but thought it was a little generic with everyone using 'Ace' in their name. Decided to change it again a few months later..... but you have to pay wtf.

In the EU and most 1st world countries. Your online identity and name is yours. they are not allowed to ask money for it.

well on the other hand it prevents cheaters and griefers from changing their ID everytime for their wrong doings that could prevent proper reporting.

They are not asking money for your name, they are charging for their service to change Your name in Their game

Why is there a need to change your nickname ? The only reason I can imagine is, because unpolite people want to disguise their identity. With the fact, that changing your nickname cost money, you have to think twice about what you are saying.

No, but they built that system, plus War Thunder is not a public property where European laws will be applicable

Well I want it changed so I dont have to repeat myself every match about removing planes from TANK RB.

As this is the first game that I have played in which I cant find 1 logical feature about it, and im sure people can relate.
