This basically has the effect of reducing your progression via silver by 10-20% (if it were only earnings than it would be worse, but because repair costs are included it's more of a flat nerf).
That's my understanding of it anyways. Maybe there are enough flat income boosts that it's not as bad as 10-20% but it's still basically screwing everyone over, because repair costs were negligible.
Remember kids, "economy changes" NEVER make the game easier.
I mean, the italians were a joke anyways with their repair costs.
You give them 1 or 2 good planes per BR lineup and expect players to not "do good" with them...
Then you raise the repair of a BR 3.3 plane from 2.8k to 3.5k and reduce the income of it at the same time by 20%.
5.3-6.3 fighters cost 8k, 7.5k, and 12k respectively and there are no other alternative planes to fly even.

Drinking is probably cheaper on your wallet and your sanity, eyesight and save you from carpel tunnel surgery.
I'm strictly talking about team mates with this one. There are just so many bad players who play Germany.
They've then added that 20% to your RB multiplier to make the changes seem somewhat legit. But most long term players would know it's easier to farm SL on AB and XP on RB, so this 20% now given to RB tends to amount to very little (especially on an early death game) and short changes anyone who played air AB with premium lineups.
Before the changes say I earned on average 20k SL in air AB on my Boomerang Mk1 and then died:
20k - 2.2k repair = 17.8k profit according to their spread sheet (before rearming).
Since the patch I've had my repair dropped by a measly 100 SL but then taken a massive 20% hit to my SL earned every game (whether I die or not):
20k - 20% - 2.1k = 13.9k
So on average I'm now earning 3.9k less for the exact same amount of effort, not to mention that's the losses calculated from just one of my planes in the lineup.
