What does Repair Time mean?
And I also have 1h16m of Free Repair Time and Repair Cost.
Does that mean repair on airfield/carrier in battle?

No its repair outside of battle, in hangar, if you dont want to spend SL. of all my time in this game i never used this tho, i mean who waits days or weeks for a vehicle to become usable again. repair costs are meager sums for premium players anyway.

i play at least a hundred match everyday, if i did wait for repair time then i d be able to play a single match. 10mins of entertainment. meh just neglect it. if you fear bankruptancy then you can stick first 3 tiers. those managable even without premium.

In tanks, field repair means how long takes to repair barrel, wheels, etc.
In logistical services, Repair time and repair range, if your tank/plane gets detroyed you need to pay the repair cost, example IS-3 repair cost is 4,810 SL, if you dont have free repair, well you need to pay the repair cost, and theres a timer that tells you how long you will get a free repair. That doesn´t affect repair time in arfield/carrier

Meaning at the end of a match the vehicles I used that ended up getting destroyed,
need to be payed by me in order to use them again?

Yep. Or you will need to leave them equipped to a crew and let that crew fix them over time.

Most players build multiple lineups from different nations and just switch to another nation when out of vehicles to avoid repair costs. If you are casual type player i suggest that way, i never lose so many planes from the 4 nations i play that i need to pay for repairs.

Yes, any vehicles damaged (not even necessarily completely destroyed) in the regular game modes (excluding Assault and Enduring Conflict) need to be repaired in the hangar before they can be used again. However, you may not have noticed this since "auto-repair" is on by default, which automatically deducts the repair fee at the end of a battle. (it's the little wrench icon towards the bottom right of the screen in the hanagar, on the end of the crew slot bar)

If you turn off auto-repair, damaged vehicles will appear red in the hangar and will begin repairing over time, which doesn't cost money but takes longer than you typically want to wait. However, it's worth mentioning that as the timer ticks down the price to instantly repair it goes down too, so even if you only wait for 21% of the repair time, you'll receive a 21% discount off the SL repair price.

So if you find yourself wishing you had more SL, I'd recommend turning off auto-repair towards the end of each gaming session and playing one last game with a few different nations. If you come back online and want to use a lineup that is still repairing, you can always spend some SL to finish it up, knowing that you've still saved some SL. It probably isn't a LOT, but it'll still add up over time.

Where do i see the amount of time left of the free repair time to use it again?

If you are just checking how long a repair would take if it were needed, mouse over the vehicle and down towards the bottom of the stats will be "Max repair cost" with "free repair time" directly below it.

If you are looking for how much longer a vehicle that is currently repairing will take, I confess that I haven't used free repair in a bit, thanks to my premium account time and the fact that none of my current vehicles have a high repair cost. I think that if you select the damaged vehicle it will tell you right in the middle of your screen how much time is left.

Also, forgot to mention this, you need to keep a vehicle in your crew slot in order for it to repair over time, otherwise the repair will pause. But, as I kinda mentioned, different nations have different crews, so you can have, say your USA crew repairing several vehicles and still go play your Soviet vehicles without interrupting that process.

In realstic and simulator repair cost are wayy to high, example the tu-4 in arcade costs, 10k, and in realistic it costs 50k.
At the end of the match you need to pay algo the ammo you spend, also if your tank's tracks are a bit damaged (yellow but not broken) you also have to pay, although it costs much less, about 150 SL

I can get about 1000 SL every game, 3000 if I do good.

But the Tier 2 plane I have costs 1000 to repair,
how I'm I supposed to grind If I want to grind 1 nation specifically

By not playing to grind. Don't be constantly moving up the ladder. My method is...don't move up to the next rank until I've researched all of that vehicle type in that rank. That way I have MILLIONS of SL which will allow me to cross the next threshold and be able to actually play and have time to get used to each vehicle lineup without fear of losing a drastic amount of SL while doing so. Even more specifically, I do the same vehicle lineup for a whole month. Get real acquainted with everything that way.
