Invalid captcha code

Hello
I am having a problem connecting to Gaijin. No matter how much I try to type the captcha code, I still have invalid captcha code
I tried to follow what was in the common questions, but nothing .... and since I can't log in, I can't fully navigate to support.
What would be the solution?

for captcha code, it's not easy to fill it because it require you as human, not a robot,
but you must try again

try login from another device or use VPN

It is indeed a captcha code that I must type, via the image with numbers and letter to write in the box.
Access works on another device, that of my companion. He did not have to write the visualized code.
I have tried several times. Without doubt my device which has a problem.
I tried with Chrome and Edge .... same thing ....

probably your PC has kind of malware to make captcha error everytime you try to sign in

try to scan your pc with Malwarebytes Free, HitmanPro or reset browser setting
and check your control panel if there is some malicious program insttaled on your PC

Just because of a little crap lying around in the files .... it works now.
