Game says I "died" on the runway.

I keep landing normally and then the game just decides I died for no reason other than the game being retarded.

looks like it, maybe that's the one with the hill at the end?(there was a map where every ungrinded plane were crashing into that hill)
anyway i'm sure they did something recently, you miss a strip just a little bit then no repair for ya...

For the image you can see the edge of the airfield to the left of the Pe-8, the game also gives the message to press R for "Weapon reload on airfield". So I'm on the airfield but the game wont let me repair.

ive had my plane repairing, repair timer hit 0, screen fades black like it does when it takes you to your fixed plane at start of runway. But instead of showing e my new plane, just showed me my old plane and said i died. No damage while on runway, just a weird death.

Also had plane repairing after a fine landing, sitting still. then plane just starts to rattle on the ground wierdly. O input other then holding brake. Plane vibrated till it broke and i died. This was in i think the BE-6 or H8K. A floatplane so figured fair enough on this one as doesnt really get a proper landing.

Both of these have only happened once, so not a constant issue. And seen some other weird landing clips, including what OP has had, except player was in middle of AF.

Yeah, but our point is that you need to be on the runway proper, otherwise it won't repair you, which seems to have been hidden in a fairly recent update. For reasons I can't explain, if you are off of the runway but still within the airfield you sometimes get that "R for reload" message.
