So I bought the M18 Black Cat tank and I received three free decals for it, but idk where it's located-

Correct, should be marked as answer. The circled white star insignia is the "roundles and insignias" tho but black cat and white/black stripes are in the US tank decals.

They're at the very bottom, unless gaijin removed them after they added the decals to the skin. And I only have mine because I bought the m18 before they merged them.

From what I know you no longer get the decals from these vehicles, instead they're baked onto the skin layer.

I can only find the decal with the white circle with star in it

Okay, I finally found them. It was in USA (Tanks). Must've been bad internet so it didn't sync and was loaded in so I couldn't see them
