How to drop bombs individually instead of paired?

It used to be individual but seems to have reset to paired, like one from each side at same time.

It just depend on the plane. Typically anything underwing about halfway out is usual both, but things like the Pe-2-110 is 1 each under the fuselauge.

In arcade mode before you spawn, you can set how mati bombs to drop at the same time, in Realistic and Simulator, you can only drop 2 at the time

No, you can do that in all of the modes, you can even do it in flight if you have weapon selection set up

As mentioned above it simply depends on the plane. Most planes in realistic drop two at a time as to not mess up the centre of weight on the plane. If you dropped only one the wing could snap to one side and the pilot lose control.
