Yes, typically there is a sale around Victory Day in May, usually it'll be announced through the WT news right when it goes live.

typically 30% for SL and GE vehicles, vehicles packs would be 50% IF it's in a bundle.

Keep in mind the victory day sales are only for Allied vehicles (US, UK and USSR generally).
