Manual Engine Control (MEC), can't s eem t o enable.

I've binded by "enable engine control" to numpad 0, and made sure a ll my key bindings were set up for radiator, etc, as well as making sure that they were given relative control. I go into a test flight, and when I press numpad 0, I don't get a message saying MEC is turned on. I've scrounged through countless forums on war thunder, yet I cant find someone who has a similar issue. How do I enable engine control? Did I bind my key to the wrong thing?

If MEC is on, then you should see at the bottom of the screen something similar to this:

Prop Pitch: 50%
Radiator: 50%
Oil Radiator :50%

The font is small, and can be easily missed. Also, depending on the aircraft, there would be no controls for specific Engine Controls, IE: No Manual Control for Prop Pitch, Radiator, Oil Radiator, Fuel Mixture, etc.

Additionally, an easy way to know if MEC is on is by using a multiple engine aircraft. if MEC is on, on the Upper Left corner of the screen, your "THROTTLE" [Forgot the shortened term] percentage would separate equal to how many engines your aircraft has. IE: For a Four Engined Plane

MEC Turned Off:

Throttle: 100%

MEC Turned On:

Throttle 1: 100%
Throttle 2: 100%
Throttle 3: 100%
Throttle 4: 100%

Mind you, Manual Engine Controls only works in Realistic and Simulator... It will not work in Arcade.
