you can also level planes with ground rb but thats an inconsistent way.
make a new preset just with planes. play a lot and you ll later add your planes to tank lineup once you catch up.
yes at the bottom at the hanger there is an option to make another preset
I realised this to and if he cant understand that.
its not any use to explain to him/her
You only get research points on planes by playing planes and you only get research points on tanks by playing tanks. As you probably realized, you need enough spawn points to spawn a plane in realistic ground battles. There are no planes that can be spawned at the start of a match in ground battles, so this is obviously not a good way to get planes unlocked.
If you want to get research on planes faster, you need to play either arcade air battles or realistic air battles. You can choose which one you prefer, it doesn't matter that much, though if you're a good pilot realstic air battles will probably give you more research points.
The second option would be to unlock a dive bomber/attack aircraft of your choice (in your case probably a Ju 87/StuKa) and to bomb endless amounts of tanks in realistic tank battles. This is definitely also possible to do, but also definitely slower than just doing air battles.
Do keep in mind that you can only do efficient research if your vehicle you are researching is within a range of one in rank of the one you are using (you can see the ranks on the left of the tech tree and in each vehicles statcard). So you can't do efficient research if you were to research a rank III plane with a rank ! plane. In that case you'd need at least a rank II vehicle. Be aware that the rank of a vehicle only affects research and has nothing to do with the BR of said vehicle.
Then with that plane only lineup play aircraft arcade or aircraft realistic battles (there is also assault mode) to spade your planes and unlock more aircraft.
Try to organize your lineups so that the same planes are always in the same crew slots.
Also level your crews accordingly.
Like some crew slots for tanks with crews that get trained in tank crew skills.
And some crew slots for planes with crews that get trained in plane crew skills.
what do you mean by "leveling up planes"? If you mean getting the modifications, then just kill planes in any Air AB, RB, or SB. If you mean getting better planes, then play air AB RB and SB.
