Yamato's Death Single Mission Problems (Realistic)
So I've been searching the web trying to find out if anyone else is having these problems with the Yamato's Death Single Mission, and I only found one of the problems.
The problem that I actually found was the issue of every single torpedo you drop "drowning." This problem I have solved. You have to be going super low and super slow. I have found that if I drop a torpedo from below 100 ft. (30 m) and below 130 mph. (210 kph), the torpedo will actually work correctly and not drown.

So first problem solved.
But... as soon as I solved that problem, a new one appeared (of course).
From all of the videos I've seen of this mission, Yamato is sunk with a single torpedo. What I would like to know is if that is how it is supposed to be and if I'm experiencing a bug. After hours of trying this, a few times I've been able to land hits with at least 3 torpedoes, and the battleship just keeps on sailing like nothing ever scratched it.

So my question is: Is this a bug? Is Yamato supposed to go down in one torpedo? Or am I just not getting the torpedoes in the right places? If anyone knows anything about this I would greatly appreciate some help. Thanks.

Sorry, nobody really plays the missions. I could have helped you with the initial torpedo problem, but I know nothing about how many torpedoes it takes to knock out the Yamato, or the best place to aim them at.

Body shots work for me. If that doesn’t work, aim for the bow. Generally, Battleships ingame die after 4-6 torpedo strikes using the American Mk.13 torpedo. However, Yamato in the single mission takes only 1… that is
