Well even though it's not the best and it's kinda a joke now, really the most accessible place that has all the information you're looking for is Thunderskill.
Why does this game not have a proper stats website? Plenty of other games have dozens and dont even have half the playerbase as WT.
Look it's not perfect but Thunderskill breaks it all down the way you want it.

I dont want to look at my stats, I want to look to the game stats.
These stats aren't made available by Gaijin. At least not currently.
Thunderskill is really as close as it comes right now.
Edit: But you can look up vehicles individually and things like that, too.
