More monies for the snail!
More RP for the player!
Player happy and snail happy!
And you think the GF grind is unreal?
Hey, ever tried naval?
rp/sl isnt a static income, its a reward parallel to one's performance.
Per each tree, most thing up to around tier 3/4 are obtainable with a week or two of "normal play" and some premium time. I have talked to several people who had some time to burn and were very skilled players who have researched to the last tier of trees within the same time period. (The obvious caveat being that most of us can't play 15 hours a day, 7 days a week).
As far as "The devs don't read any topics here", just because you don't see them does not mean that they are not present. While I don't talk with the devs on anything close to a 'normal basis', if important things come up here, we can bring them to their attention (IE catastrophic bugs).
Your feedback regarding economy and BR changes, because I presume that's really what you are getting at/protesting, is generally done from the official forums where the developers solicit your feedback, it can all be read in one place, etc.
Do realize that Gaijin is a small company. It's not like Wargaming or many other companies fighting over the same marketspace. I believe all-in (last I looked...), Gaijin employs about 75-100 people directly, a majority being non-developers.
You can see in my most recent screenshots that despite placing first in the team, the credits just aren't there... and I don't sit back and snipe. I play aggressive, I cap.
It's whatever... it's a game, not all games have to be the same, yada yada. However, the grind is sooo slow. It's why I always quit playing and come back months later. World of Warships has the pacing right if you ask me.
I'll walk it back, not 20-30K, but digging thru my screenshots folder and looking at several dozen end-screen results I have had many that were tier 3-ish premiums that fairly consistently got 8-12K, and a few tier 5 tanks where I would get 12-18K (RB/Wins/5-10 kills).
Yes, looking at the time investment (call it 10 minutes a game and 10k rp/game, most of the upper end tanks are seven hours each to unlock.... Meanwhile Sim EC you can run up a cricket score and get 250K(++) RP in like an hour and a half. With the new airfield defenses.... Not really the case any longer.)
But... basically this from my original comment:
I personally get between 1,000 and 2,500 RP per match with 1000 being a kill and maybe 2 assists or a couple of caps, and 2500 being 7-10 kills, 8-12 assists and 2-4 caps (generally speaking its 7 kills 8 assists and 2 caps, if I have a booster I can do it with 5 or 6 kills). So gaining RP for a slightly above average free-to-play player is very slow and slower in planes though that could be due to me preferring bombers in air RB (a few kills and an base or two bombed is about 1k RP). On average it takes me 5-10 games to unlock a single rank 1, 10-20 to unlock a rank 2, 30-50 to unlock a rank 3 and so on, which means that whilst making SL is pretty easy, I get a net profit of around 100,000 SL per day it also means I can't move up the ranks very quickly, even with one of the big 3 I am struggling to move into and past rank 3 and 4 despite being able to afford it, granted I'm playing each of them at the same time but it is still a very long grind when the best games I have ever had will only just barely fully research a rank 1 that cost 2900 RP with 500-600 RP to spare and the more common matches are around 2k so I need 2 matches even for these easy vehicles.
SL seems a little random compared to RP, 6 kills in one rank 3 game is only 6000 SL and in another it may be 12,000, but My lineups were all built around fun and repairs so I can lose even my whole most expensive lineup and only lose 8000 SL in a single match (which is impossible because I can't spawn enough times to lose all of them), if it was a little more predictable then I could fine tune the lineups but SL is all over the place for me, and it doesn't matter much when I have nothing to really spend it on.
Basically, you're not supposed to be able to grind fast. You are supposed to give Gaijin money, that is how they stay in business. The free grind is kind of like a demo, you can experience part of the game, but you're not supposed to get full access till you pay for it. I've seen way worse implementation of free to play.
Or do what I do, and keep play rank 1 air and ground. You disable all the bad things about high tier: repair costs, fragile vehicles, SL deficits.
