Swapped from a GTX 970 to RTX 2060 and all of a sudden my game is stuttering on 90fps

FOrums and everything havent explained my issue at all

THANK YOU FOR THE SUPPORT GUYS, I FIGURED IT OUT IT WAS SIMPLE HAHA. MY MONITOR KINDA SUCKS SO IT WOULD STUTTER DUE TO STRUGGLING TO KEEP WITH THE FRAMES MY PC OUTPUTS. I WENT TO FULLSCREEN WINDOWED AND IT WENT TO 180FPS NO STUTTERS.

WT has had these sorts of things in the past, yes, I've played the game way too long but nothing has taken my interest for long to get me to play something else yet.

I'm not worried in the long run.

sometimes they are fixed within days, sometimes longer.

worst one for me was denied by mods as they didn't have the problem and fixed about 2 months later......which is why I'm not russian but I read their WT Forum,
they had the same prob I had at the time.

If I see a bug there, it will get fixed.

I'm also currently going through chemo so for all I know my eyes might be falling out and I'm very grumpy at the moment.
I thought at first it was my eyes going funny....hehehehe.

Not to worry all is good on that front, not spread, so no sympathy just abuse please.

they will fix it, just takes time.
