Wtf happened to war thunder? 170 dollars fo 1 year premium?
I specifically remember 1 year of premium costing 60 dollars. But NOW IT COSTS 170 BUCKS FOR A YEAR OF MEMBERSHIP??? What the actual **** man. If i didn't have a reason to uninstall before, i do now. I literally just reinstalled the game after 4 months, and the price for premium is enough to make me uninstall again.

I hope you didn't look at the price of the vehicles because it's a heart attack for sure. XD

What dollars we talking about here? Bc 170 usd gets you just over 2 years

Or like closer to 5 if you buy it on sale.

The same price it has been for a very long time

That makes more sense.

365 premium = 14900 GE = 75USD

It's half price usually end of November/December, since they increased the cost of 2500GE pack you could just get 10000+5000 and get two years premium for 75USD.
What dollar currency are you using my guy? Not even the relatively weak Australian dollar inflates the price THAT much, and in USD it's only 75 bucks normally, and like 34 dollars during the sales.

So i just went onto the internet in order to get my numbers right. In my currency it costs 1700KR for one year of premium. That translates to 195 american dollars. Which still is absolutely insane.

Are you purchasing via Steam or Gaijin's website?

I am purchasing in-game, which then re-directs me to steam to verrify the purchase. So yes steam.

Go on their website to buy GE. You get charged what basically translates as a 30% steam tax if you do it through the steam client version of the game.

It should also be noted that the game will also charge you differently depending from where you are playing. So the US will generally pay far less, and Russia even less for GE, and the UK and EU pay more.

Warthunder's business strategy is scaring away people with huge prices, then increasing the prices and rationalizing that it's because there is less people. It's genius.

On their site you also get an additional discount (varying from 25% to 31%) if you buy at least 5000GE, so basically you will pay almost half the price that you pay on Steam.
