Really you don't have a choice outside of M19 and M42; next is M163 and that will drag you too far out for your 6.7 tanks.

Fairly certain op is asking for planes, not AAA. I do not know what is best, and cannot suggest.

I would suggest that you use the A-36 because it has good fighter capabilities as well as a decent payload for killing 1 or 2 tanks. If you want way more bombs and rockets I would say go for the AD-2 and 4, they have a great variety of weapons and decent fighter capabilities.

only problem is i'm facing jets at this BR but USA doesn't have any low BR jets like Germany or other countrys

Higher tiered Corsairs or an F2G if you don't mind buying one. Goodpayload good anti-air capability even against jets

Me 262 U/4 is great for destroying tanks. If you have some meme cannon experience, you can go for planes too :)

I can't say if it's the best, but I highly recommend it.
